I help women rewrite the stories that keep them stuck in the same place in life ( same job, same relationship, same situation) so that they can step into the next version of themselves that is wanting to emerge. I help them clean up their past and change their stories from a place of acceptance  and empowerment. I intuitively blend all of my practices from coaching, subconscious trance work, breathwork, energy work and somatic practices in order to access my clients from every level. I work with the mental, physical and energetic bodies.
