Description of event:

A cacao ceremony is an ancient ritual from central and south america. An elixir prepared by the ancients in rituals of gratitude to the Great Mother, the crops, and in community celebrations. When prepared ceremonially and enjoyed with intention, cacao is a potent energetic medicine and known as a Heart Opener.

How is a cacao Ceremony ?

  • We gather in ceremony, usually in a circle around an altar.

  • We open the sacred space calling in the 4 directions and the necessary guidance for the ceremony.

  • We serve the Cacao and we all drink it together after charging it with our intentions and the theme of that day.

  • We allow the energy of this sacred medicine to guide us deeper into our hearts. Working with the elements of mother earth and assisted by the alchemical processes of breath, light movement, high vibrational sounds and stillness. We will create a safe space for feelings to be felt and love to be present.

    JOIN US FOR AN EMBODIED CACAO CEREMONY, A SACRED SPACE TO OPEN THE HEART ASSISTED BY THE ANCESTRAL PLANT MEDICINE OF CACAO, STRAIGHT FROM THE AMAZONIAN JUNGLES. 

    We will be assisted by:

    Breathwork: to move energy from parts and areas of our lives that block us from feeling safe and loved.

    Sound- To re-align our fields to our unique and highest vibration. 

    Embodiment moves- to connect back into our bodies so that we can feel  life pulsating through us. 

    We will open up to our our power, our gifts, our fire 🔥 and our abilities to co-create life from this space. 

    We will elevate our frequency through ritual and let whats available for each one of us at this moment to show up. 

    This is a 2.5 hour event to connect to the universal life force as we clear our channel and create space for life. The life force that pulsates through each one of us. That constant movement of energy that connects us to the ALL, as one. 

Benefits of ceremonial CACAO:

  • It emotionally opens you to more vulnerability, expression and connection.

  • Energetically opens up your third eye for clearer vision and perspective, melts the walls around your heart, and connects you to your body and the sensations around it.

  • Cacao is naturally very high in magnesium. Magnesium is known as “the relaxer mineral” – it softens tissues, relaxes muscles, and eases tension. When we ingest a strong dose of cacao, the magnesium it contains goes first to the heart – physically assisting in releasing tension and constriction. This physical effect can assist in also softening the energetic aspect of our hearts – known by many as our ‘heart chakra’. By relaxing the heart both physically and energetically, this can allow our hearts to open and emotions to flow.

  • Cacao also contains anandamide, which is known as the "Bliss molecule" and another compound called PEA, known as the "Love chemical". These two compounds affect parts of the brain to trigger responses and sensations of love and bliss. 

  • It creates more blood flow to the brain, helping to strengthen awareness and focus.

  • We also host 3 hours Special Cacao ceremonies in which we extend the practices into more movement and dance at the end.

  • We take pride in using only high quality ceremonial grade cacao which we bring from the jungles of Guatemala and teh amazonian jungles of south america 100% hand made in the traditional ways, and respecting and honouring the farmers and communities in their process.

It is through discovering who we really are, that we can reach our highest potential, and create the most beautiful life for ourselves, and those around us.
